• Role & Company / Project Overview: InstaConnects is hiring experienced Voice Process Quality Analysts for the role of AI Call Audit Quality Analyst. This role focuses on AI-powered voice quality monitoring, compliance excellence, and voice auditing operations, with Work From Home (WFH) options available and preference for immediate joiners. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct in-depth voice call auditing, quality monitoring, and scoring across voice interactions. - Perform AI-powered voice audits and assess interaction quality against defined standards. - Evaluate compliance, adhere strictly to quality benchmarks, and implement audit frameworks. - Identify trends, process gaps, and areas for agent coaching and performance enhancement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Voice Process Quality Analyst. - Auditing Expertise: Strong background in Voice Call Auditing & Quality Monitoring; hands-on AI Voice Audit experience is highly preferred. - Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality standards and compliance auditing. Prior experience in Automobile, Auto-Tech, BFSI, or BPO sectors is preferred. - Mandatory Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in all four languages—Hindi, English, Kannada, and Telugu—with verified proficiency in reading, understanding, and speaking. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. - Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) Available. - Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Working Schedule: 6 Days per week with rotational week off. - Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - Take-Home (In-Hand) Salary: ₹45,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV immediately to the hiring team or reach out to the recruiter directly.
