• Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Karya Mas Makmur is opening a career opportunity for the General Affair position, assisted by CCSI. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise construction work, building maintenance, and company facility management. - Manage company assets, inventory, procurement of goods and services, and vendor management. - Conduct coordination, analysis, and problem-solving activities related to general affairs and operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, with engineering background preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in General Affairs, facility management, or related fields. - Understanding of construction work supervision, building maintenance, and corporate facility management. - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3 / Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) standards and ISO 22000. - Mastery in asset and inventory management, goods and service procurement, and vendor management. - Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite role in Indonesia. • Compensation & Benefits: - Basic Salary (Gaji Pokok) + Bonus - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan - Health Allowance (Tunjangan Kesehatan) - Career path / advancement (Jenjang karir) • Application Instructions: - Apply via the official career page or application link.
