Role & Company Overview: Eka Hospital MT Haryono is hiring a General Maintenance Unit Head to oversee facility management, general maintenance, and infrastructure operations across the hospital. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee facility maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. • Plan, implement, and track preventative and corrective maintenance schedules. • Manage maintenance staff, external contractors, and facility inspections. • Ensure safety standards, utility reliability, and compliance with hospital infrastructure guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field. • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in building maintenance or hospital facilities. • Strong problem-solving, project management, and maintenance planning skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Eka Hospital MT Haryono, Jakarta, Indonesia. • Working arrangement: Onsite general affairs / engineering department.
