Role & Company Overview: Eka Hospital MT Haryono is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Department Head to lead and direct comprehensive pharmacy services across inpatient, outpatient, and clinical departments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee all pharmacy department operations, drug procurement, storage, and dispensing. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, safety standards, and clinical quality protocols. • Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and distribution personnel. • Monitor inventory management, drug utilization reviews, and formulary adherence. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) with active STRA/SIPA. • Extensive managerial experience leading hospital pharmacy operations. • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical care standards, hospital accreditation, and inventory control. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Eka Hospital MT Haryono, Jakarta, Indonesia. • Working arrangement: Onsite hospital department schedule.
