Role & Company / Project Overview: Medical Waste Solutions is hiring a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist in Indianapolis. We are a veteran-owned, family-operated organization that prides itself on direct service and solving problems for our clients. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests • Handle incoming calls, assess client needs, and actively solve customer problems • Maintain high standards of customer relations and service delivery Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Dedicated customer service orientation with reliable phone and communication abilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (in our office) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week • Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: • Pay: $18 to $21 per hour (based on experience, paid weekly) • Performance bonuses with additional earnings opportunities • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching • Paid time off (PTO) Application Instructions: Apply by emailing your resume or reaching out via phone.
