• Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to provide bilingual patient and client support for medical office operations across DFW. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting patients and clients in English and Spanish. - Resolve inquiries regarding appointments, clinic services, billing, and general office information. - Accurately document all customer interactions in computer systems. - Deliver polite, professional, and empathetic customer service. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication). - Prior customer service representative experience, preferably in a medical or office setting. - Background check, drug test, and E-Verify required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Multiple shifts available. • Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour. • Application Instructions: - Text name, zip code, and position to the designated phone number.
