Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Dolphin Offshore is hiring a Rig Welder to carry out structural fabrication, cutting, and welding repairs on an offshore drilling rig. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform welding, brazing, and flame-cutting operations on rig structures and equipment. • Carry out hot-work tasks strictly according to offshore permit-to-work (PTW) regulations. • Fabricate brackets, structural supports, and piping assemblies as operational needs arise. • Inspect weld integrity and maintain welding machines, gas cylinders, and consumables. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Certified 6G welding qualification with offshore hot-work experience. • Valid offshore survival and medical certificates. • Comprehensive understanding of fire safety and hot-work safety standards. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Offshore rotational shifts. Compensation & Benefits: • Based on offshore industry scales.
