Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview NTT DATA is hiring an experienced Trainer to lead onboarding, design training content, and coach teams across US Life Insurance and Annuities operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training across US life insurance and annuity operations. - Lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and deliver advanced as well as refresher training modules for experienced team members. - Design, develop, and update training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job aids. - Track trainee performance, evaluate training effectiveness metrics, and conduct regular Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) to identify and bridge learning gaps. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5–10 years of total experience in US Life Insurance/Underwriting and Annuities operations. - 2–3 years of dedicated experience in a training, coaching, or mentoring role. - Prior experience working in BPO/KPO environments, LMS platforms, or possessing Train-the-Trainer certifications is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) only. - Shift Timing: US Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). • Compensation & Benefits - 2-way cab facility provided. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their resume directly via email to the recruiter.
