Role & Company / Project Overview: KS Digi Pouch is hiring an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in Java & React to work on exciting, high-impact enterprise global projects with US-based clients. The organization focuses on digital solutions delivering real results with opportunities for long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and modern React. • Design, develop, and integrate secure RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architecture using Apache Kafka. • Build and optimize modern responsive user interfaces in React, implementing React Hooks, advanced state management, and API integrations. • Modernize legacy applications into cloud-native, event-driven microservices. • Deploy, manage, and scale serverless and containerized solutions using AWS services, AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Design, maintain, and optimize database schemas and queries across PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and DynamoDB. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow modern DevOps practices. • Ensure rigorous application security through OAuth 2.0 and JWT token-based authentication. • Apply Clean Code and SOLID principles to software design, conduct debugging, and ensure high performance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 7+ years of strong, professional Java and full-stack software development experience. • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture. • Frontend: Strong React experience including Hooks, State Management, Performance Optimization, and API Integration. • Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka. • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, AWS Lambda (serverless applications), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices. • Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and DynamoDB. • Security: OAuth 2.0 and JWT secure application development. • Methodologies: Clean Code and SOLID principles. • Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare domain experience is preferred. • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote. • Employment Type: Freelance / Contract. • Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Fixed, Non-Negotiable shift to align with US clients). Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month. • Opportunity to work with international US clients, modern tech stacks, and long-term project collaboration.
