• Role & Company / Project Overview GITF Consulting Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced React JS + Java Full Stack Developer to build scalable, secure, modern, and high-performance enterprise web applications. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React JS and Java. - Build responsive and reusable UI components. - Develop scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. - Work with microservices architecture and integrate front-end with back-end services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. - Follow Agile/Scrum practices and maintain clean, well-documented code. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience. - Frontend Development: React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux / Context API, Material UI or Bootstrap. - Backend Development: Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Hibernate / JPA, OOP, and Design Patterns. - Database: SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL; MongoDB preferred. - Tools & DevOps: Git, GitHub / GitLab, Maven / Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. - Preferred / Good to Have Skills: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Kafka or RabbitMQ; GraphQL; Event-driven architecture; Cloud-native application development; Experience working with global teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: 100% Remote. - Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST. - Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H). • Compensation & Benefits - Work on modern technologies with a collaborative, supportive team on impactful enterprise projects in a growing and innovative organization. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can send their updated resume directly to the provided hiring email address.
