Role & Company / Project Overview: Kestrel Edge is actively hiring an experienced Java Developer for remote project engagement. The role is open to immediate joiners, full-time candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period, as well as freelancers. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices and enterprise Java applications. • Implement core Java programming structures, including exception handling, linked lists, array lists, and string manipulation programs. • Deploy, configure, and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. • Architect and support cloud services leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Interface directly with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver technical solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of relevant experience in Java development. • Core Java 8, Exception Handling, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. • Solid data structures foundation (LinkedList, ArrayList, String manipulation). • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and CI/CD automation. • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and showcase very strong communication skills. • Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred or up to 15 days maximum. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Fully Remote. • Location: India. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to 1,50,000 INR per month (dependent on experience and interview evaluation).
