Role & Company / Project Overview: Sourcebae is hiring experienced Backend Developers for a Full-Time role with a leading client. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and microservices. • Implement scalable REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Golang. • Solve complex technical challenges applying core Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). • Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Build and integrate event-driven architectures and message queues using Apache Kafka. • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and robust software design patterns throughout the software lifecycle. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6–12 Years of proven software engineering experience in backend development. • Primary Skill: Java, Spring Boot & Microservices. • Secondary Skill: Golang. • Core competencies in REST APIs, DSA & Problem Solving, OOP & Design Patterns. • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka. • Notice Period: Immediate or short notice preferred.
