• Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking a qualified Surgery / Complex Surgery QA specialist across multiple locations to audit high-complexity surgical coding accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform comprehensive quality audits on complex multi-specialty surgical operative reports. - Verify accuracy of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, unbundling edits, and modifier usage. - Provide detailed audit reports, feedback, and training to surgical coding teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Surgery and Complex Surgery medical coding and QA. - Advanced expertise in surgical guidelines, CCI edits, and complex surgical procedures. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Multiple Locations across India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation, supportive team, and excellent career advancement opportunities. • Application Instructions: Send your CV via WhatsApp to Jai HR.
