• Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for the position of Payment Posting QA to work in the US Healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Behavioral Health and medical billing operations. This opportunity is well suited for quality assurance professionals looking to leverage their expertise in revenue cycle management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform quality audits and assurance checks on payment posting entries in the US Behavioral Health domain. - Verify accuracy of posted payments, contractual adjustments, patient responsibilities, and denials against Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA). - Identify posting errors, discrepancies, and trends, providing actionable feedback to posting associates to ensure compliance and revenue cycle integrity. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant experience in Payment Posting QA / Quality Analysis within US Healthcare. - Strong domain knowledge in Behavioral Health medical billing and payment posting workflows. - Thorough understanding of EOB/ERA analysis, reconciliations, adjustments, and denial management. - Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Night Shift - Work Model: Onsite / Office-based • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry compensation aligned with experience. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant experience are requested to send an updated resume or reach out directly to the recruiter.
