Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Home Health QA (BCHHC) specialist to support home healthcare documentation review and quality assurance in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct thorough quality reviews and OASIS assessments for Home Health agency records. • Verify clinical documentation integrity, care plans, and coding accuracy for home health services. • Ensure compliance with CMS home health guidelines and organizational quality metrics. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in Home Health Quality Assurance (BCHHC certification preferred or relevant experience). • Sound understanding of OASIS guidelines, home health RCM, and clinical documentation auditing. • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
