Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in Home Health Quality Assurance (BCHHC certification preferred or relevant experience). • Sound understanding of OASIS guidelines, home health RCM, and clinical documentation auditing. • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
