Role & Company / Project Overview: Dolphin Offshore is offering entry-level opportunities for Trainee Roustabout positions on offshore drilling rigs. This fresher/trainee position provides practical on-the-job training in offshore deck operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Receive training on deck maintenance, rust removal, surface preparation, and painting. • Learn and assist in slinging, rigging, and manual handling of cargo under supervision. • Assist senior roustabouts and deck crews during cargo operations. • Comply strictly with all offshore safety guidelines, PPE rules, and emergency procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Fresher / Trainee position; no extensive offshore experience required. • Willingness to undergo required offshore safety training and obtain medical fitness. • Good physical fitness and eagerness to learn offshore deck operations. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Rotational offshore shift schedule. • Onsite offshore location. Compensation & Benefits: • Trainee allowance as per company policy.
