Role & Company / Project Overview: Dolphin Offshore is hiring for Helper Positions across offshore drilling rig departments to assist in daily maintenance and operational support duties. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist technicians, mechanics, and deck crew members with tools, equipment, and cleaning. • Move materials, tools, and supplies across rig work areas under guidance. • Carry out routine housekeeping and clean up debris to maintain hazard-free decks. • Follow offshore safety protocols, permit requirements, and PPE mandates. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Suitable for freshers and entry-level candidates. • Basic literacy, willingness to learn, and strong physical endurance. • Ability to acquire necessary offshore fitness and safety certificates. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Rotational offshore shifts. • Onsite offshore rig work. Compensation & Benefits: • Entry-level offshore wages as per company rules.
