Role & Company / Project Overview: Kyndryl India is looking for experienced Audiovisual (AV) talent to join the team as an Audiovisual Operations Analyst. This role is suited for professionals passionate about enterprise collaboration, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and remote AV monitoring. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide remote AV troubleshooting and operational support via NOC/VNOC environments. • Manage and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms and remote monitoring tools. • Utilize ServiceNow (ITSM) for tracking, incident management, and operational workflows. • Support hardware, AV systems, and integrated unified communications setups. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience in AV operations and unified communications. • Expertise in Platforms: Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Teams Rooms Pro, Logitech Sync, and Utelogy. • Strong hands-on knowledge of Hardware & Systems: Crestron, Q-SYS, Shure, Dante, and Poly. • Core operational expertise: AV Troubleshooting, NOC/VNOC Remote Support, and ServiceNow (ITSM).
