### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our fully remote recruitment team. We are specifically looking for candidates from North India who possess strong communication skills and solid background experience in US IT Bench Sales. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Market IT bench candidates to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. • Work extensively with various work authorizations including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and USC candidates. • Utilize job portals effectively, including Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder to source and market requirements. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: negotiation, regular follow-ups, and vendor relationship management. • Work independently to meet and exceed daily and weekly placement targets. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales. • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). • Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of the US IT staffing market. • Hands-on experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and USC candidates. • Strong familiarity with major US job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder). • Proven track record working with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners. • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and follow-up capabilities. • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to function independently. • Candidates must be comfortable working the US night shift. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) • Working Days: 5 Days a week • Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) ### Compensation & Benefits • Fully remote work setup • 5-day work week • Career growth opportunities • Performance-based incentives • Supportive and collaborative work environment ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by submitting an updated resume via LinkedIn DM or WhatsApp.
