Job description

We are looking for a driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in a 100% remote work environment, serving candidates in or around Noida, India. The candidate must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Bench Sales within the US IT staffing market, specifically with marketing US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) candidates to vendors, clients, implementation partners, and recruiters. Key responsibilities include marketing and placing candidates on active US IT requirements, identifying relevant opportunities across various technology skill sets, and building and maintaining relationships with external recruiters, vendors, and clients. Candidates must submit profiles, follow up consistently, negotiate billing rates, and maintain candidate marketing trackers and daily activity reports. Candidates must demonstrate deep knowledge of US staffing terminology, tax terms, work authorizations, job portals, and submission processes, along with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
