Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Market consultant profiles to US clients • Understand client requirements and submit relevant candidate profiles • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups • Learn and execute end-to-end US Staffing & Bench Sales processes Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Eligibility: BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA, M.Com, M.Sc, B.Tech & related backgrounds (Freshers & Final-Year Students eligible) • Good communication skills • Strong willingness to learn • Basic computer knowledge • Mandatory requirement: Own laptop and stable internet connection Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Mode: Remote (Work from home) • Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift) • Working Days: Monday to Friday Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹1.8 LPA Fixed + Incentives Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can send their updated CV to the designated HR email address.
