Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Slack Architect to design, integrate, and govern enterprise-scale Slack environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and manage Slack Enterprise Grid architecture • Build Slack apps, bots, and workflows using Bolt SDK, Workflow Builder, and APIs • Integrate Slack with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms • Implement SSO, SCIM, and OAuth using Okta or Azure AD • Manage secure external collaboration using Slack Connect • Ensure security, compliance, DLP, eDiscovery, and audit requirements • Lead technical discussions and translate business needs into scalable solutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, software engineering, or solution architecture • Strong expertise in Slack Enterprise Grid • Experience with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and API Gateway • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Good to Have: Slack Certified Admin / Developer • Good to Have: Salesforce CTA or Consultant certification • Good to Have: Experience with Agentforce / Slack AI Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: India • Full-time engagement Compensation & Benefits: • Industry-standard remuneration based on experience Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can send their resume to the specified email address.
