Role & Company / Project Overview: LovasIT is hiring an Oracle CX – Subscription Management Functional Consultant to lead and execute Oracle Subscription Management Cloud implementations and support activities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Implement and support Oracle Subscription Management Cloud in production environments. • Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map requirements to Oracle Cloud applications. • Engage with business users across multiple business units to understand business goals and processes. • Perform system configurations and prepare functional design documents. • Develop and document test scripts and support testing activities. • Conduct requirement-gathering and solution-design workshops. • Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Drive user training and testing workshops. • Monitor project workstreams and support successful Go-Live. • Coordinate with onshore and offshore functional and technical teams throughout implementation. • Work closely with business analysts and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ Years of overall experience. • Minimum 2 Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations as a Subscription Lead Functional Consultant. • Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. • Strong understanding of the Subscription Data Model. • Hands-on experience with SaaS extensions using Groovy Scripting, Algorithms, and Application Composer. • Exposure to REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Strong requirement-gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation skills. • Experience in system configuration, functional design, testing, and production support. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
