• Role & Company / Project Overview OptiValue Tek Consulting is looking for an Oracle CX Fusion Service Functional Consultant with expertise in Redwood UI to drive service center modernization projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Service (B2B / B2C Service) leveraging modern Redwood user experience designs. - Set up service requests, omnichannel routing, queues, SLAs, and knowledge base integration. - Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to enhance customer service operations and agent workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CX Service / Fusion Service implementations. - Specific knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UI framework. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, or Pan India. • Application Instructions - Qualified candidates should email their resume to the hiring inbox.
