• Role & Company / Project Overview OptiValue Tek Consulting is looking for an Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant to deliver employee performance, goal management, and succession planning solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management modules including Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning. - Facilitate discovery sessions, configure review templates, and define goal plans. - Deliver user training and ensure seamless functional integration with Core HR. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management modules. - Proven consulting experience across complete HCM implementation cycles. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, or Pan India. • Application Instructions - Apply by emailing your updated resume to the recruitment inbox.
