Role & Company / Project Overview: LovasIT is actively hiring an experienced Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead to spearhead customer data management architecture and technical delivery. This role is a 100% remote engagement focused on Oracle CDM Cloud / Fusion Customer Data Management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of robust Oracle CDM Cloud solutions. • Design comprehensive CDM solutions covering Customer, Account, Contact, Customer Hierarchies, Duplicate Management, Matching & Merge, and Survivorship. • Define and enforce data governance frameworks, ownership structures, data quality rules, and golden-record processes. • Design enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, and Bulk-Import Tools. • Lead comprehensive data migration activities including data cleansing, field mapping, validation, reconciliation, and production cutover. • Configure role-based security, audit trails, and data-access controls within the Oracle ecosystem. • Facilitate and lead requirements workshops, prepare formal technical and solution designs, and support testing and deployment cycles. • Advise key stakeholders on Oracle CDM industry best practices, solution architecture approaches, and potential delivery risks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Professional Experience: 8+ years of relevant technical experience. • Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle CDM Cloud / Fusion Customer Data Management. • Strong understanding of customer master data, data quality management, and data governance. • Deep technical expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs. • Proven experience working with Import Management, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Data Migration. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Excellent solution-design, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills & Certifications: • Oracle Cloud certification in Sales or CDM. • Proven experience integrating Oracle CDM with external platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and other CRM / MDM ecosystems.
