• Role & Company / Project Overview: TechMeadow IT Services is looking for a skilled Otter Trainer to join the team in Hyderabad to facilitate training, coaching, and onboarding on transcription/collaboration workflows. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and execute structured training modules for staff utilizing Otter software and tools. - Conduct hands-on coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing process assessments. - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement quality enhancement programs. - Ensure documentation and training materials are current and standard operating procedures are maintained. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of dedicated professional experience as an Otter Trainer or related technical trainer role. - Excellent presentation, mentoring, and verbal communication abilities. - Strong analytical problem-solving skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: 100% Onsite. - Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift). - Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on experience. • Application Instructions: - Share resume directly via email or contact HR.
