• Role & Company / Project Overview Henosis Tech Solutions is hiring an OTTER Mock Trainer for its US Staffing division in Kondapur, Hyderabad. This role is responsible for conducting mock interviews, evaluating technical readiness, and coaching US IT candidates on interview communication, project presentation, and client interaction skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct rigorous mock interviews and evaluation sessions for bench and OPT candidates before client submissions. - Assess candidates' project explanations, architectural overviews, technical articulation, and problem-solving communication. - Provide constructive, actionable feedback and scorecards to help candidates overcome interview anxiety and gaps. - Train candidates on American corporate communication etiquette, client round handling, and technical objection handling. - Partner with recruiters and account managers to ensure candidates meet client screening criteria. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience in US staffing mock interview training, technical screening, or recruiting mentorship. - Excellent English command, clear diction, and strong interpersonal and evaluation skills. - Familiarity with common US IT project terminology, software lifecycle, and client interview patterns. - Ability to guide, mentor, and prepare candidates for high-stakes vendor and client interviews. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Night Shift). - Work Mode: Full-Time | Work from Office. - Venue / Location: Henosis Tech Solutions, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Walk-in Interview Dates: 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th October 2026. - Interview Timings: 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and skill set. • Application Instructions - Bring your updated resume directly to the walk-in interview drive at the Kondapur office or email your resume to the designated recruiter contact.
