Role & Company / Project Overview: Megnity Technologies is hiring a Salesforce Life Sciences Architect to lead high-impact global enterprise implementations at the intersection of Salesforce, Life Sciences, AI, and Data. Megnity Technologies builds solutions across Salesforce Life Sciences, Agentforce AI, Data 360, Claude, and Databricks. We are seeking a strong technical architect and technology leader capable of bringing deep architectural expertise, challenging conventional thinking, and leading complex global transformations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee global Salesforce Life Sciences implementations and migrations. • Architect and deploy Agentforce and AI-driven enterprise solutions. • Formulate and execute Salesforce Data 360 and enterprise data strategies. • Lead complex architecture, system design, and multi-system integration programs. • Deliver innovative technology solutions tailored for Pharma and MedTech enterprises. • Drive next-generation AI + Data + CRM transformation programs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 12+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and complex delivery. • Strong domain expertise in Life Sciences, covering Pharma and MedTech commercial operations, compliance, patient journeys, and clinical processes. • Preferred: Hands-on experience with IQVIA OCE or Veeva implementations and migrations. • Strong architectural leadership, communication, and complex delivery management skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Work Model: Work from Office (Onsite).
