Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Symploreus is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect with strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain expertise and hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Patient Support Programs (PSP). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect technical and solution blueprints for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations. • Design and implement architectures for patient onboarding, benefits verification, hub services, therapy adherence, and copay assistance. • Oversee complex integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR). • Ensure robust, compliant, and secure patient data architecture across platforms. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including 4–5+ years as a Technical/Solution Architect. • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud. • Proven Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience, especially with Patient Services / Patient Support Programs. • Strong technical knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity), Apex, LWC, and Lightning Flows. • Solid expertise in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR). • Experience with Veeva CRM, Life Sciences Cloud, and secure patient data architecture is a plus. • Salesforce Architect certifications preferred. • Eligible Visa statuses: EAD, USC, TN, L2.
