Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer specialized in Property & Casualty (P&C) Claims. The role involves comprehensive functional testing, defect tracking, and support across core insurance workflows. Face-to-Face (F2F) interview is mandatory. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform functional testing, SIT (System Integration Testing), and regression testing across core P&C platforms. - Provide hands-on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support. - Design, author, and execute detailed test cases based on business specifications. - Oversee end-to-end defect management, tracking, and resolution. - Validate and test claims management, claims processing, policy administration, underwriting, billing & payments, endorsements, and renewals. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 8 years of total software testing experience in the P&C Insurance domain. - In-depth functional knowledge of Claims Management and Claims Processing. - Thorough understanding of Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing & Payments, Endorsements, and Renewals. - Strong expertise in Test Case Design & Execution, Functional Testing, SIT & Regression Testing, UAT Support, and Defect Management. - Good to Have: Hands-on experience with Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter). - Good to Have: Guidewire implementation, migration, or upgrade experience. - Good to Have: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Work Mode: Onsite / Mandatory Face-to-Face interview. • Application Instructions - Submit updated CV to the designated recruitment contact mentioning Total Experience, Relevant P&C Experience, Claims Experience, Guidewire Experience, Current Location, Preferred Location, Notice Period, and Contact Number.
