Role & Company / Project Overview: Artech is hiring an experienced Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer specializing in Guidewire Testing for its office in Hyderabad. The role centers on testing Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance platforms and Claims Management systems. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze project and business requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data. • Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and provide UAT support. • Validate core insurance workflows including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims Processing, Billing & Payments, Policy Endorsements, and Policy Renewals. • Manage defects, conduct thorough retesting, prepare test reporting, and execute end-to-end workflow validation. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 3 to 9 years of relevant functional testing experience in Insurance applications (Guidewire / P&C insurance). • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, claims management, and defect management tools and practices. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
