Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pega QA / Test Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, focusing on quality assurance for enterprise applications built on Pega PRPC. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and develop test cases for applications built using Pega PRPC. • Create comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Agile delivery. • Understand functional and technical requirements, use cases, and application workflows. • Manage test readiness, test environments, test data quality, and resource alignment. • Ensure test coverage across functional, unit, performance, load, stress, and acceptance testing. • Track, review, and report quality metrics, defects, and testing progress. • Identify root causes of defects and minimize rework. • Prepare and maintain test documentation, reports, and supporting artifacts. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. • Utilize automation testing frameworks such as Selenium and Robot Framework. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC testing. • Strong experience in test design, test development, and test strategy. • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Robot Framework. • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing processes. • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
