Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Identity Engineer with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Semperis to support large-scale enterprise Identity operations in the IDAM (Identity & Access Management) domain on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide Level 3 escalation support for complex Identity issues • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID issues • Design and support enterprise Identity solutions across hybrid environments • Perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents • Lead and support complex change implementations • Ensure Identity service quality across large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments • Implement and maintain Identity security best practices • Work with and execute AD and Entra ID Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) • Support Identity infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Azure DevOps • Analyze Identity security posture using Semperis and advanced security tooling • Collaborate closely with cross-functional infrastructure, security, and application teams • Support enterprise access initiatives and Microsoft Tiering Model implementations • Participate in 24x7 shift-based and on-call production operational support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 7 to 9 Years of relevant enterprise Identity experience • Mandatory Skill: Semperis expertise is a MUST HAVE • Hands-on expertise with Semperis tools: Semperis ADFR, Semperis DSP, and Semperis DRET • Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory (AD) • Advanced automation and scripting skills using PowerShell • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure DevOps • Strong grasp of Identity Security Frameworks, Microsoft Tiering Model, and Enterprise Access Model • In-depth knowledge of AD & Entra ID Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) • Advanced Identity troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities • Experience with Identity Security Tools: Semperis ADFR, DSP, DRET, Microsoft Assessment tools, Microsoft Identity Secure Score, PingCastle, and BloodHound • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days joiners ONLY Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Work Mode: WFO – Work From Office • Shifts: 24x7 / Shift-Based Support • Interview Process: Face-to-Face (F2F) • Employment Type: C2H (Contract to Hire) Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their application with Updated Resume, Total Experience, Relevant Experience, Current Location, Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period.
