• Role & Company / Project Overview Techy Geeks IT is hiring an Infrastructure Specialist – Microsoft 365 (M365 Support Services Subject Matter Expert) on a Contract-to-Hire basis (1 year, extendable) based in Hyderabad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Administer, support, and maintain core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Viva, and Copilot Studio. - Manage and configure email security tools such as Mimecast, IronPort, and Proofpoint. - Handle user management, directory synchronization, and access policies via Entra ID / Azure AD. - Implement and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation and administrative reporting. - Manage Teams Enterprise Voice and PSTN integration. - Implement security and compliance configurations, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Safe Links & Attachments. - Manage incident resolution, technical troubleshooting, and day-to-day service support using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support. - Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Email Security (Mimecast/IronPort/Proofpoint), ITSM (ServiceNow), Entra ID / Azure AD, PowerShell scripting & automation, Teams Enterprise Voice/PSTN, Security & Compliance (DLP, Conditional Access, Safe Links/Attachments). - Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator, Teams Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: EMEA working hours. - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (1 year, extendable). • Application Instructions - Share your updated resume via email to the recruitment contact.
