Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the role of Google Ads Support Specialist for a blended process handling international Google Ads support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide international Google Ads support through a blended support process. • Assist clients and advertisers with campaign troubleshooting, account optimization, and technical issue resolution. • Complete all operational tasks following defined quality standards and timelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduate (Degree or Provisional Certificate is mandatory). • Experience: 1+ year of experience in International Google Ads Support. • Specific Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with content moderation experience are strictly not eligible. Must have no UAN overlap. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with 0 to 15 days notice period. • Relocation: No relocation candidates accepted. • Interview Process: HR round, VNA round, and Operations round. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Working Schedule: 5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: INR 7,00,000 per annum (₹7 LPA). • Cab Facility / Cab Allowance: Up to ₹5,000. • Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,500.
