• Role & Company / Project Overview: Winx is hiring for an International Blended Process. Looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a professional environment and global clients. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Handle international blended process workflows involving customer support across channels. Deliver high-quality customer assistance to global clients while meeting operational service levels. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Freshers immediately eligible; experienced candidates require a minimum of 6 months in customer support. Hike on last CTC offered for experienced candidates (up to 4.5 LPA). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: Work Mode: Work from Office. Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad. Shift: Rotational shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: Salary for Freshers: INR 3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA). Salary for Experienced Candidates: Up to INR 4,50,000 per annum (Max 4.5 LPA) with hike on last CTC. Night Shift: 2-way cab facility provided.
