Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician I for a 6-month contract opportunity in Houston, TX. This position supports cell therapy manufacturing and aseptic processing of clinical and commercial-grade products within a GMP-regulated environment. Local candidates only. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support GMP production activities, including cryopreservation of final drug product (FDP), filter integrity testing, and visual inspection. • Maintain, stock, and prepare cleanroom environments for manufacturing operations. • Coordinate autoclaving of materials, components, and documentation required for production. • Operate manual, semi-automated, and automated manufacturing equipment. • Work with specialized equipment such as Controlled Rate Freezers, SARTO systems, heat sealers, and autoclaves. • Follow GMP procedures and maintain rigorous compliance with quality and safety standards. • Utilize manufacturing systems including LIMS, SAP, MODA-ES, and Traka. • Perform routine inventory checks and ensure materials are fully available for production runs. • Support additional manufacturing activities as assigned. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cell therapy manufacturing. • Strong familiarity with GMP regulations, aseptic processing, and cleanroom procedures. • Proven experience operating manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. • Knowledge of manufacturing management systems such as LIMS, SAP, or MODA-ES is a plus. • Candidate must be local to Houston, TX. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) • Duration: 6-month contract • Shift: Day shift, 12-hour rotating schedule (2-3-2 rotation) Compensation & Benefits: • Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour • Equal opportunity employer policy Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit an updated resume for consideration.
