• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry for an experienced Process Engineer – MSAT / Tech Transfer based onsite in Madison, WI. Experience in CDMO and client-facing environments is preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) and Technology Transfer operations for GMP Biologics. - Oversee and execute drug substance manufacturing processes and process scale-up activities. - Lead and support upstream and downstream processing. - Draft, review, and execute Master Batch Records (MBR). - Work within Quality Management Systems (QMS) to handle deviations, perform impact assessments, and maintain Quality Target Product Profiles (QTPP). - Interface effectively with clients in a CDMO environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. - Proven expertise in MSAT, Tech Transfer, and GMP Biologics. - Experience in Drug Substance Manufacturing and Process Scale-Up. - In-depth knowledge of Upstream & Downstream Processing. - Proficiency with Master Batch Records (MBR), QMS, Deviations, Impact Assessments, and QTPP. - Experience in CDMO and client-facing environments preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Madison, WI (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Pay Rate: $40–$44/hr on W2. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided contact email.
