### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for an onsite Process Engineer position in Lebanon, Indiana. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Perform process engineering tasks within a manufacturing or greenfield startup environment. • Handle equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and qualification (C&Q) protocols. • Support manufacturing startup procedures and compliance execution. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 2+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or commissioning and qualification (C&Q). • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and manufacturing startup. • Highly preferred: In-depth knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management), LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review), and C&Q protocols. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Lebanon, Indiana (Onsite). • Employment Type: W2 contract. ### Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: $42–$46/hr on W2. • Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available through a third-party provider (employees are responsible for paying the full cost of insurance premiums). • Retirement Benefits: 401(k) retirement savings plan available (no employer matching or other employer contributions provided). • Paid Time Off (PTO): No PTO other than that required by applicable state and local laws. ### Application Instructions Eligible and interested candidates can submit their updated resume for consideration.
