The position operates on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with occasional campaign-based overtime. Key responsibilities encompass building business growth strategies for e-commerce platforms, leading and training the internal e-commerce team, executing promotional campaigns and marketing budget optimizations, and coordinating seamlessly with content, livestream, design, and logistics teams.
