Role & Company / Project Overview: Martinet Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd., one of the fastest-growing facility management organisations, is expanding its Data Centre Operations team in Guwahati, Assam. We are looking for a technically strong, experienced, and result-oriented Manager – Data Centre Operations with a passion for operational excellence and critical infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee day-to-day Data Centre operations ensuring high availability, continuous uptime, and compliance. • Manage critical infrastructure systems including MEP, Electrical, and HVAC installations. • Direct operational activities with an uncompromising focus on reliability, workplace safety, and service delivery excellence. • Supervise technical operations teams, monitor critical facility performance, and maintain standard operational protocols. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven professional background in critical facility or Data Centre operations (prior experience in Data Centre operations will be highly preferred). • In-depth technical knowledge of Electrical systems, HVAC setups, MEP, and critical infrastructure management. • Demonstrated capability to manage operations ensuring service excellence, strict safety, and reliability.
