Role & Company / Project Overview: Martinet Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Data Centre Operations to join its expanding operations team in Guwahati, Assam. Martinet is a premier facility management organisation seeking driven, technically skilled professionals passionate about critical infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support the Manager in overseeing critical Data Centre operations and facility maintenance. • Monitor and supervise the functioning of critical infrastructure including Electrical, MEP, and HVAC installations. • Enforce standard operating procedures, reliability protocols, and safety compliance across all facility activities. • Coordinate routine maintenance, shift schedules, incident reporting, and service excellence delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior experience in Data Centre operations will be highly preferred. • Strong working technical knowledge of Electrical systems, HVAC, MEP, and critical facility infrastructure. • Solid leadership and communication skills to drive operational safety, high availability, and reliability.
