Role & Company / Project Overview: JSM Consulting is looking for an experienced Mobile Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in RhoMobile Suite / Rhodes Framework. Looking for candidates with practical RhoMobile/Rhodes experience and strong mobile application support capabilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Mobile application troubleshooting and production support. • Incident management and adhering to ITSM processes. • Android/iOS application build, signing, and deployment. • REST API development and integration. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5–12 Years. • Mandatory Skills: - Hands-on experience with RhoMobile Suite / Rhodes Framework. - Strong knowledge of Ruby / Ruby on Rails. - HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS. - REST API development and integration. - Android/iOS application build, signing, and deployment. - Mobile application troubleshooting and production support. - Incident management and ITSM processes. • Good to Have Skills: - Native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift). - React Native or Flutter. - Zebra / Enterprise Mobility experience. - Firebase Crashlytics or App Center. - SQL / SQLite.
