• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced IBM Maximo Support Engineers to provide robust application support and technical expertise for enterprise environments. The role involves managing and supporting Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), CMMS, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver hands-on IBM Maximo application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Manage ticket handling efficiently utilizing ITSM tools like ServiceNow while adhering strictly to ITIL processes. - Perform Maximo configuration, workflow management, and security administration. - Support enterprise asset management, CMMS, and facilities management workflows. - Execute database queries and troubleshooting using strong SQL skills across enterprise database environments. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5 to 12 years of IT experience with strong hands-on IBM Maximo Support (7.6.x / MAS). - Strong domain knowledge of CMMS / EAM and Facilities Management processes. - Proven expertise in Maximo Configuration, Workflow Management, and Security Administration. - Strong SQL proficiency with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. - Practical experience in ticket handling using ServiceNow and following ITIL processes. - Good to Have: IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9) and Maximo Mobile experience. - Good to Have: Maximo Automation Scripting using Jython or JavaScript. - Good to Have: BIRT Reporting expertise. - Good to Have: Maximo integrations with ERP and third-party systems. - Good to Have: IBM Maximo Certification. - Ideal candidates possess hands-on IBM Maximo application support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and in-depth knowledge of enterprise asset management processes. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days or currently serving notice period. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates matching the requirements are requested to apply directly via email with their updated profile.
