Role & Company / Project Overview: We are urgently hiring a hands-on Technical Lead with strong experience in Production Support and Application Support for B2B SaaS applications at Mobifly in Gurugram, Haryana. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Application & Production Support – L2/L3 support operations • Incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Functional support and client issue resolution • SQL and database troubleshooting • APIs, integrations, and application debugging • Linux environment navigation, monitoring, logs inspection, and performance analysis • CI/CD, deployments, and release support • Handling P1/P2 production incidents • Performing end-to-end issue analysis and driving resolution • Independently analyzing complex production issues, identifying root causes, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering solutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience in production and application support • Hands-on proficiency in L2/L3 support and SaaS application environments • Cloud awareness with AWS or Azure • Preferred technical skills in Java, Python, .NET, Docker, and Kubernetes • Immediate joiners are preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India • Work Mode: Work From Office Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the hiring team.
