Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for the position of Java Technical Lead on a contract basis. We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Apache Kafka, and Python to join our engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java and JEE. • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to Java development teams. • Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support Java-based components and interfaces. • Lead Java and database development teams, covering architecture, task breakdown, user story planning, and delivery. • Participate actively in technical design and solution architecture discussions alongside product management and software development teams. • Ensure high code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability across all deliverables. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6+ years of mandatory hands-on experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Java and JEE technologies. • Expertise in Spring Boot framework and microservices architecture. • Solid experience working with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture. • Working knowledge of Python. • Strong understanding of enterprise-grade, high-volume application development. • Proven experience in solution design, technical architecture, and implementation. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide Java development teams. • Experience collaborating effectively with database developers and cross-functional teams.
