• Role & Company / Project Overview Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP is conducting an executive search for a Head – Workforce & Partner Operations for a growing technology-enabled startup. This is a key leadership opportunity for a professional who can build and scale partner networks, manage workforce operations, improve partner productivity, and support multi-city expansion. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build and manage the ZEPPA Partner Network - Lead partner recruitment, KYC, onboarding, and training - Drive partner productivity, utilisation, and retention - Develop field operations processes and Partner SOPs - Manage city-level workforce expansion - Monitor partner performance and service quality - Build scalable workforce and partner-management systems - Work closely with Operations, Growth, Technology, and Business teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 5–8 Years - Qualification: Graduate mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Operations, HR, or Management preferred - Preferred Industry Background: Hyperlocal Platforms, Consumer Internet, Marketplaces, Home Services, Gig Workforce, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or Technology Startups - Relevant background in managing service partners, gig workers, field teams, delivery partners, or marketplace ecosystems - Strong ownership and execution capability - Workforce and partner-management experience - Strong problem-solving mindset - Experience building operational systems from the ground up - Ability to support new-city workforce expansion - Strong stakeholder and team-management skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram HQ with regular travel to operating cities • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: ₹15–20 LPA • Application Instructions - Eligible and interested candidates are requested to submit their CV for review.
