Role & Company / Project Overview: Staffise is hiring a proactive and hands-on Operations HR professional for Delhi-NCR, reporting directly to the Operations Head. The preferred industry background is Food Industry / Food Delivery / Q-commerce. The role focuses on managing frontline recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations across warehouses, retail stores, and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Hire delivery riders, store managers, store staff, and warehouse employees. • Manage candidate screening, offers, onboarding, and induction. • Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate inputs and timely salary processing. • Address employee concerns, payroll queries, and workplace grievances. • Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations. • Track attrition, conduct exit interviews, and identify reasons for employee turnover. • Coordinate with operations teams to forecast hiring requirements and maintain a talent pipeline. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in rider hiring, retail/store hiring, or warehouse recruitment. • Strong employee coordination and grievance-handling skills. • A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing candidates and resolving operational challenges. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Delhi-NCR, India. • Onsite operational human resources role.
